Who we are

This portal is operated by Onyx Equity Partners Corp. (NMLS #1371935), 33 Downtown Dr, Ste 501, Monsey, NY 10952. Licensed in NY, NJ, CT and FL. This policy describes what the borrower portal collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. It supplements — and does not replace — any privacy notice you received in connection with a loan application.

What we collect

Information you give us: your email address; property details you add or correct (addresses, purchase prices and dates, loan amounts, rates, balances, rents, leases and unit details); goals you set; deals you analyze and save; questions and feedback you submit, including any screenshots you attach.

Information from your loan file: if you have a loan with us, the portal reads the details of that file — property, loan terms, status and the name of your loan officer — from our systems of record.

Information from third parties: automated property values, rent estimates, public-records data and market statistics from data providers; interest rates and price indices from public sources; news headlines from public feeds.

Usage information: sign-ins and the pages and features you use, kept as an activity record tied to your account, along with technical basics such as browser type. Small amounts of preference data (for example, which tab you last viewed or a visit streak) may be stored in your own browser and never leave it.

How we use it

To operate the portal: value your properties, compute equity, payments and cash flow, show market conditions, and remember your corrections. To communicate with you: sign-in links, alerts you asked for, and replies to feedback. To keep the portal safe: rate limits, session security and activity records. To improve the product, including anonymous, aggregated benchmarks (for example, median portfolio figures across users) that never identify you. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Who we share it with

Service providers that help us run the portal — hosting and databases, property-data and valuation providers (which receive property addresses in order to answer about them), email delivery, and AI services used to summarize public news and market figures. Each receives only what its function requires. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to our regulators, or in connection with a corporate transaction.

Security and retention

Sessions are signed and expire; access to your data inside the company is limited to people who need it to serve you. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information with measures appropriate to its sensitivity, consistent with the requirements that apply to New York–regulated financial institutions. We keep portal data while your account is active and as needed to meet legal and regulatory obligations, then delete or de-identify it.

Your choices

You can correct most figures directly in the portal, and remove properties you added. To access, correct or delete other information, or to close your portal account, email us at the address on your loan documents or through the portal's feedback button and we will respond within a reasonable time. Note that information connected to a loan file is retained as required by law even if your portal account closes.

Children

The portal is for our borrowers and property owners, and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes and contact
