This borrower portal is provided by Onyx Equity Partners Corp. (NMLS #1371935), 33 Downtown Dr, Ste 501, Monsey, NY 10952. By signing in or using the portal you agree to these terms. If you have a loan with us, your loan documents govern the loan itself; these terms govern only the portal.
Estimates, not advice
The figures the portal shows — property values, rent estimates, equity, cash flow, market statistics, news summaries, deal analyses, projections and any "what if" calculations — are automated estimates assembled from third-party data and mathematical models. They are provided for general information only. They are not appraisals, not offers or commitments of credit, not guarantees of value, rent or performance, and not financial, investment, legal, accounting or tax advice. Consult your own professional advisers before acting on anything shown here.
No commitment to lend
Nothing in the portal is an offer to lend or an agreement to extend credit. All loans are subject to a completed application, underwriting and credit approval. Rates, terms and programs shown anywhere in the portal are informational, may not reflect what you would qualify for, and may change or be withdrawn without notice.
Your account
Keep your sign-in method to yourself; you are responsible for activity under your account. Give us accurate information — figures you enter feed the calculations you see. We may suspend or close portal access that we reasonably believe is fraudulent, abusive, automated, or a risk to other users or our systems.
Acceptable use
The portal is for managing your own properties and loans. Do not scrape it, probe or overload it, attempt to access anyone else's information, or use it for any unlawful purpose. Third-party data shown in the portal is licensed for your personal use here and may not be extracted or redistributed.
Intellectual property
The portal, its design, text, graphics and software are the property of Onyx Equity Partners Corp. or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. We grant you a personal, revocable, non-transferable license to use the portal for its intended purpose; no other rights are granted.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The portal is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about the portal belongs in the state or federal courts located in New York, and each party consents to their jurisdiction.

We may update the portal and these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page and its date, and continued use after a change is acceptance of it.
